# How do I get a Refund?

However, if you’ve decided to move forward with a refund, you can do so directly from your account by following the steps below.

### How to Request a Refund

1. Go to **Account Settings** in the left navigation bar.
2. Select the **Billing** tab.
3. Click the **kebab menu (three vertical dots)** on the right side of the license.
4. Select **Refund License** (the button will turn red).

| A pop-up window will open to begin the refund request.

### Complete the Refund Steps

**Step 1:** Select your reason for cancellation.
**Step 2:** Check the **“I Understand”** boxes, then click **Continue**.
**Step 3:** Select **“No Thanks”**, then click **Continue**.
**Step 4:** Choose **“Full Refund”** under the 30-day money-back guarantee and click the red **Submit Refund Request** button.

| Once completed, you’ll see a confirmation in the pop-up box that your "Refund Processed Successfully".
