### Refund Policy by License Type

**Free Scan Only Account - Free accounts are not charged**, so there is nothing to refund. If you would like to delete your Free account, see **How to Delete Your Account** for steps.

**Essentials and Pro Licenses -** Essentials and Pro licenses come with a **30-day money-back guarantee**. If you are unsatisfied for any reason within the first 30 days of your subscription, you can self-refund directly from your account - no questions asked.
**Signature Services License -** Signature Services licenses are annual subscriptions and are **non-refundable**. These licenses involve significant upfront resources and personalized hands-on support, which is why they fall outside our standard refund policy. If you have questions about your Signature Services subscription, please reach out to Orwell and our support team.

### How to Request a Refund

Refunds for Essentials and Pro licenses can be self-processed directly from your account within the 30-day guarantee period:

* From your left navigation bar, select **Account Settings**
* Click the **Billing** tab
* Click the **three-dot menu** next to your license
* Select **Refund License** - the button will turn red
* A pop-up window will open to begin the refund process

### In the pop-up:

* **Step 1** - Select your reason for cancellation
* **Step 2** - Check the confirmation boxes and click **Continue**
* **Step 3** - Select **No Thanks** and click **Continue**
* **Step 4** - Choose **Full Refund** and click the red **Submit Refund Request** button

Once completed, you will see a confirmation that your refund has been processed successfully.
